What happens when my subscription ends?

Can I cancel my subscription early?

Our subscriptions are designed for the chosen term (6 or 12 months). Early cancellation is not permitted.

What happens to my data if I don't renew?

Upon subscription expiration, your access to the AllyVirtual Marketing platform and services will become inactive. However, you will have a 24-hour grace period to download any reports, content recommendations, or other relevant data from your account. After 24 hours, this data will be archived for a limited time according to our data retention policy.

Can I access my data after my subscription ends?

Unfortunately, you will not be able to access your data or use AllyVirtual Marketing services after the 24-hour grace period and your subscription expiration.
